Latin PC Inc does not accept products returned which are the result of a change of
mind purchase or are damaged or have been misused.
Latin PC will accept products
being returnd for reasons related to manufacturing faults, product malfunctions or
product failure.
If you need to return a product to our warehouse for exchange or
replacement, please follow these simple steps;
1. Contact our store for advice and
return instructions.

You will be
asked for:
* Your Name
* Your Order Transaction Number which is listed on the top right
hand side of your receipt.
* The product
* The nature of the fault
2. There is a Product
Return Form enclosed with each order despatched from Latin PC Inc Complete the Product
Return Form which was enclosed with the original order. This information is used
to enable us to efficiently process the products you returned to us and organise
repairs, replacements or credits as quickly as possible.
3. Carefuly pack the product
being returned to avoid damage which may occur in transit. Where possible, use the
original packaging boxes.
4. Enclose the completed Product Return Form

6. Clearly write the Product Return Number supplied by Latin PC on the outside
of the packaging.
7. Be sure to follow any special instructions given to you by our
warehouse.
* Packages will not be accepted at our warehouse without a Product Return
Number.
* Products will not be accepted where instructions issued by our warehouse
have not been followed.
